Plant dismantling

Plant dismantling

Is a plant or factory closing for good? We dismantle the complete installation — safely, certified and with maximum residual value from the released equipment.

Closing a plant is not a demolition job, it is a project in its own right. Installations full of process residues, asbestos or chromium-6, contractual handover dates, neighbours and authorities watching closely — and all the while the installation still represents value.

This is our speciality: safely and expertly taking apart complete industrial and petrochemical installations. The plant itself, down to the last pipe.

1. Inventory & plan — what is there, what is in it, what is it worth and what has to go? One integrated dismantling plan, including permits and a safety dossier.

2. Remediation — certified removal of asbestos, chromium-6, ceramic wool, process residues and even radioactive sources, before the first machine arrives.

3. Dismantling & demolition — installations are expertly dismantled for reuse or sale; whatever remains is demolished with specialised equipment.

4. Residual value — through our residual-value brokerage, dismantling often earns money instead of only costing it. Usable installations, parts and metals get a second life.

One point of contact, one schedule, one responsible party. Is it not only about the installation, but about the entire location — from contaminated soil to a site ready for a new purpose? Then we approach it more broadly as brownfield redevelopment.
