Working by the rules of the plant

A petrochemical site makes demands you will not find in ordinary construction: daily work permits, gas measurements, fire watches, strict containment and surroundings that keep running 24/7. DCC grew up in that world. Our people are VCA-qualified, our SHE system is certified to VCA Petrochemical and our preparation follows the client’s procedures — not the other way round.

That makes us the partner for the heavy work: complete plant closures, demolition of production halls and process installations, tank demolition at terminals and the remediation of asbestos, chromium-6 and process residues before the first machine arrives.

One point of contact, from inventory to build-ready

A closure or redevelopment brings together remediation, dismantling, demolition, soil and residual value. We put them under one management and one schedule. Installations that still have value are dismantled for reuse or sale; what remains is demolished with specialised equipment and disposed of separately. The site is handed over clean, documented and ready for its next purpose.

We apply the same discipline for food and cosmetics producers, foundries and metal processors: dismantling switchgear and machinery in an operating factory, or the complete demolition of an industrial complex including asbestos removal — in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
