Safety, health and environment
Our SHE management system is certified to VCA Petrochemical — the level that clients in (petro)chemicals require of main contractors. All employees are VCA-qualified.

The hallmark for the demolition sector: demonstrably safe and environmentally sound demolition, from demolition plan to material accountability and waste separation.
Asbestos removal
The legally required Dutch process certificate for asbestos removal (Ascert scheme). Our specialists work under strict conditions, with clearance measurements by independent laboratories.
Soil remediation
Process certificate for carrying out soil remediation. We tackle contaminated soil in line with the applicable protocols, with proper registration and accountability.
Quality management
Our processes are documented, measurable and continuously improved — from first inventory to final handover.
Environmental management
Our environmental management system is certified: we structurally control and reduce the environmental impact of our projects — from waste separation to energy and raw-material use.
CO₂ reduction
With the CO₂ Performance Ladder we make our CO₂ emissions transparent and reduce them demonstrably — an increasing requirement in tenders and for sustainability-minded clients.
SBB recognition
We train tomorrow’s craftspeople ourselves. Students gain practical experience at DCC under the guidance of experienced mentors.
