Brownfield redevelopment

An old factory location, an abandoned business site or a contaminated plot: the place has a past, but above all a future. Brownfield redevelopment is the overarching process in which we make such a location suitable, step by step, for a new purpose — housing, logistics or new industry.

Where separate parties would normally each handle a piece, DCC brings the entire process under one direction: from the first site analysis to a build-ready, documented site. All the specialist parts fall within it — think of the plant dismantling of an installation, environmental & soil remediation and circular demolition.
