Various demolition work at a chemical manufacturer

At a producer of chemicals, we performed various demolition works. As a first step, we carefully arranged the work site. In doing so, we provided the necessary facilities and amenities for the work to be carried out efficiently and safely.

For this project, we divided the demolition work into several phases, for which separate work instructions were prepared.

Asbestos remediation of the site

On this extensive project, our first priority was to thoroughly decontaminate the site of asbestos. We removed asbestos from a large portion of the site with extreme care and precision. Due to the complexity of the site and the presence of asbestos-containing materials, we deployed our teams specialized in asbestos remediation according to applicable regulations and guidelines.

Equipment safely disassembled

During this work, we dismantled and marked equipment in a safe manner. The equipment was transported to the designated laydown area using a mobile crane and then loaded into a container using a demolition crane. Some drums were still in reasonable condition and could be put back into sustainable use after cleaning by our staff.

Water coolers disassembled and placed on the laydown area

Using a lifting crane, heavy water coolers were lifted from their position. During this phase, the battry spray method was also used to remediate asbestos. The project also had to be carried out in a short period of time. The coolers remaining in use could only be out of service for a short period of time.

Removed all electrical equipment from a building

On this job, the client disconnected a specific building from electricity, allowing us to remove all electrical equipment, including cables that ran through walls and underground. We used an electric mini-crane to lift heavy components outside. The system floor was removed, while the doors and stairs remained intact. Before we could get to work demolishing the property, we also remediated the asbestos in this building.

Site clearance and demobilization

After completing the demolition work, we cleared the work site and performed the necessary demobilization. We completed the project to the full satisfaction of the client.
