Roof removal at a company in Botlek

We successfully completed a great project: with a tight schedule and a focused approach, we removed the roof at a factory in the Botlek.

Setting up the work area

In order for the project to proceed efficiently, we began by setting up the work site. In doing so, we made sure we had the right materials, tools and equipment needed to carry out the work. We also made sure that the work site was safe and accessible for our team and any other parties involved.

Removal of the old roof

After setting up the work site, we started removing the old roof. Using an aerial platform and from the roof itself, we detached the sheets and roof lights from the structure. We then carefully tacked and lifted them off so that they could be safely removed. The loosening and removal of the plates and roof lights required a thorough approach and experienced personnel to avoid any damage to the structure.

Cutting and disposal of sheets

After successfully removing the slabs and roof lights, we took them to the lay-down area. Here, we cut the slabs into bin sizes so that a container truck with a pincer could load and dispose of the slabs. This efficient method made it possible to dispose of the slabs quickly and safely, avoiding unnecessary delays to the project.

Installation of the new roof

After removing the old sheets, it was time to install the new roof. With careful preparation and precise execution, we installed the new roof on the structure of the shed. Using high-quality materials and craftsmanship, we ensured a durable and reliable new roof that can withstand the various weather and environmental conditions in the Botlek area.

We are proud to say that within a time frame of 4 weeks we removed a complete roof from a warehouse in the Botlek.
