Efficient and safe demolition of soccer canteen and locker rooms in populated area

On behalf of the Municipality of Westvoorne, we successfully demolished the old canteen and locker rooms of soccer club OVV. Based on our plan and competitive price, we won the tender, and that was not for nothing. The project had a tight schedule, which required speed in order to start the piling work on time.

Because the project was located in a populated area, neighborhood management was very important. To keep local residents informed about all the work, we set up a WhatsApp group where we shared all the developments. We also conducted a building survey of the area prior to the work, because the homes were old and the neighborhood was concerned about possible damage.

The truck traffic that drove by presented us with a challenge because machines weighing more than 30 tons were not allowed. Therefore, we used only small machines to perform the demolition work.

We are proud to have completed the project neatly within time and to the client's complete satisfaction.
