Precision work in a salty environment
On board a vessel or on a quay, space is scarce and time is expensive. Work runs in parallel with other contractors, safety rules are strict and the weather has a say. Our teams are used to confined spaces, working at height and lifting heavy sections in difficult conditions — with a work plan agreed in detail beforehand.
What we do in the maritime sector
- Dismantling and assembly of installations, pipework and steel structures on board and ashore
- Demolition of buildings, structures and paving at port and terminal sites
- Removal of hazardous materials such as asbestos and old coatings before work begins
- Separated disposal and reuse of scrap and materials, straight from the quay
Based in the port of Rotterdam
DCC is located in Spijkenisse, in the middle of the Rotterdam port and industrial area. Our people and equipment are close to Botlek, Europoort and Maasvlakte — and from there we also work in Belgium and Germany.
