Medical & nuclear
Demolition, remediation and dismantling in hospitals, laboratories and nuclear medical facilities — including the removal of radioactive sources, in an environment that runs 24/7.
Working while care continues
A hospital does not close for a renovation. Patients, staff and equipment remain a few metres from the work, and dust, vibration or noise are noticed immediately. DCC carries out renovation and strip-out demolition in buildings that stay in use: in phases, with contained work areas and close coordination with the facilities organisation.
Hazardous materials and radioactive sources
Older healthcare buildings and laboratories often contain asbestos, and nuclear medical facilities hold sources that may only be removed under strict conditions. Our certified specialists remove asbestos, chromium-6 and radioactive sources in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, with a complete file for clearance.
Inventory first, demolition second
In this sector especially, the work starts at the drawing board. With an inventory and demolition plan, everyone involved knows beforehand what is there, what has to go and in what order — so the execution holds no surprises.
