Assembly and disassembly

Disassembly

It is not always necessary to opt for total demolition. In some cases, environmental factors, conditions, materials and usable equipment make dismantling a better option. When dismantling, we deduct materials and equipment that can be resold from the contract price.

Assembly

When usable parts and materials are desired in another location, we will also arrange for them to be assembled in another location. Therefore, sometimes avoiding demolition is the better option for you. However, it is important that we are involved in the project at an early stage so that we can provide you with the right advice.

Hoisting, lifting and industrial relocation

When a specific piece of equipment needs to be removed from an environment and placed elsewhere, we provide the disassembly; the lifting plan and hoisting; the transportation plan and hauling; the assembly at the new location and the other necessary plans and permits.

During a major move, such as during a factory shutdown, we create specific lifting plans to maximize the utilization of the crane being used. With a well-written plan, you know ahead of time where you stand, the crane is idle as little as possible and few unforeseen situations arise.
