In places where safe working and productivity are of great importance, the replacement of equipment and structures is the order of the day. Due to age, wear and tear, and deterioration of the elements, structures and equipment can become unsafe or weakened. During an inventory, we analyze the entire project and identify all unsafe situations.
A concrete example of this is inventorying walkways, which may include floor gratings, cage ladders, landings and handrails.
Preventing replacement is an important part during an inventory. In fact, some structures can be reused after treatment. This saves costs and can give the project a more favorable lead time. Sandblasting, coating or even modification of existing structures is possible in this regard.
When existing situations or structures cannot be restored, we inventory which ones qualify for remanufacturing. On-site measurement results or existing construction drawings are then used to develop new structures. These structures are then assembled on site to ensure an end result that is workable and safe again.
